DomainLLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as described in the agreed-upon proposal or quote. Services may include SEO, PPC, and Content Marketing.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

While we strive to meet all projected timelines, digital marketing results can vary based on platform algorithms and market competition. Specific results (e.g., #1 ranking) are not guaranteed.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of active campaigns.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

Any creative assets developed during the campaign remain the property of the client upon full payment, while methodologies remain the intellectual property of DomainLLC.
